Tilted Crosshairs

Not sure what caused my crosshairs to rotate, but they are in this dwg.  I've searched on the forums and already tried snapang set to 0 and ucs/world and plan/world or plan/current. Any ideas?

Try changing the ISODRAFT setting to Orthographic.  There is also a button for it on the status bar at the bottom of the CAD window.

you may be skew of the xy plane

PLAN>>>world>>:>enter

As @user181 already mentioned, you switched to 

Command. _ISODRAFT Left 

then the crosshair changes color and orientation and angle as shown

To reset this use Command

Command: _ISODRAFT _Orthographic

Perhaps you clicked on the icon for isometric drawing on the statusbar.
