Table Cells showing three question marks due to no information, wanting it to show nothing rather than the "???"

I need to be able to change the "???" to just display as nothing when there is no information required.

Is there an easy way to do this?

I don't want to have to change the part itself due to compatibility issues.

I need the length/width for rectangular manholes and the diameter for circular manholes.

Any help would be appreciated.

You might try combining those 3 columns into one, "Size", then use structure Description to hold and supply the structure size that should show in the table.  (1200 Dia., 675 x 750, etc)

Hi Mark, thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately I am already using the Structure Description for the Status of the Manholes

I don't have the time to try this but what if you create an expression with an if statement that if some number is less than it returns very tiny text or invisible. In this example I have an expression where I tell my profile to only label anything over 10%. Anything under that and Civil sets the label invisible size wise. This may work in your table label configured to your desired callout.

IF({Tangent Grade}<=.5&{Tangent Grade}>=0.1,0.008,0)

Throwing this out there.

Civil 3D Tables don't support Expressions.

I'd try to use Project Explorer to create the table instead. That way you get an AutoCAD TABLE object and can at least edit it. But if the design changes (which we know never happens and Autodesk thinks never happens) then any manual edits to the table have to be redone. So it's semi-dynamic, but at least you get an object that can be edited unlike the 20 year old pipe network tables.
