Hi William,
Who made this drawing?
The coordinates in your drawing are arbitrary. Unless you can relate them to a Projected Coordinate System, or Latitudes and Longitudes, looks like you're hosed.
Some observations:
You have several Benchmarks in the drawing. See if any of them have listed coordinates.
There are several Easement Documents mentioned. See if you can tie to anything in them.
The Thornton's Store should have a Record of Survey. Maybe that will bear fruit.
What do "Drop 5000", "Drop 6000", and "Drop first Character" User Defined Properties represent?
Dave

@williamcastojr

There are two possibilities:

  1. It's in a 'custom coordinate system' so you'll need to contact the author as shown in the titleblock. (This is your best bet.)
  2. Someone, not you, has intentionally or unintentionally, moved the drawing from it's correct geospatial location.

@Pointdump

All the benchmarks in the drawing are on top of one another. This is assuming all BMs are 'labeled' correctly. There's no BM on record (either from the County's website or from ngs.noaa.gov's dsdata) that corresponds to the BM in the drawing. You may download/lookup benchmarks >>HERE<<.

<<If I were to guess, the BM in question is located at 42.2142763,-88.2520881 (WGS84). It's just a guess, not survey grade so accuracy 'estimated' around +/-2meters. Yes, it's a guess.>>
