Surfaces do not overlap

Good afternoon, 

I am currently stumped on this problem. 

I created a EG surface that is data shortcutted into this drawing. I successfully have the profile generated and corridor that is able to target EG. However, I keep getting the "Surfaces do not overlap" message when I go to run the Volumes Dashboard. I'll set the base surface to EG and the comparison surface to my corridor surface. Unsure where I'm getting hung up on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
