Surface Export/Import

I have a large file of 3D polylines I need to create a surface with. The issue I'm having is when I LANDXMLIN the surface to my working CAD file it also imports all the 3D polylines with it. Is there a way to import just the surface and not the 3D polyline?

Better IMO to data shortcut the surface then bring that in your new drawing. Once you have it in you can promote it which creates a snapshot of your surface. Then, you can edit it anyway you want after that
