I tried to create a superimposed profile in another profile view, However, it doesn't work this time.

Superimposed profile doesn't work
what version are you using?
are you specifying the start station and end station? In the past with superimposed profiles, if you had information that wasnt right, they wouldnt show up properly. such as, you cant start your superimposed profile at station 0, because it doesnt exist in your new profile grid, you have to start around 2200. then, it doesnt continue the entire length, because it only exists for a short bit. the sharp angle would also create issues, because if you had a profile that lasted the entire length, it would double back on itself because the stationing doesnt align.
in concept, its a good theory, but superimposed really only works well if your alignments are close together and semi parallel with each other.

Im curious to know how your alignments were created, by alignment tool bar or converted acad objects?
I ask because I went to your file used the tool bar and the SI worked fine
