Superelevation and Cross Section Problem

Anonymous

I have design an alignment with superelevation, and created assembly and when I create the multiple section view, at curve portion where superelevation is applicable the cross section is correct but at straight portion normal camber slope is not showing.

I have done the following steps:

1) created an alignment with superelevation wizard -

2) Created a design profile for this alignment

2) created an assembly (Road layer is LaneSuperelevationAOR) in which the right lane is set to use SE on the right outside lane and the left lane is set to use SE on the left outside lane

3) Created a corridor with the assembly

4) Created corridor surface with datum and apply boundary

The cross section at straight portion (for entire alignment) is not showing the normal camber slope

Is there any way to solve this issue.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks in advance!

Rahul

screen shot.jpgHi,

I have attached a screen shot of cross section at straight portion, the
camber is with different slope than normal camber and as per assembly the
slope for normal camber is for carriageway is 3.5% and for shoulder is 4%.
