Subassembly Composer Daylight Slope Not Appear in Slope to Surface Parameter

Hii everybody,

I would like to ask about Subassembly Composer, I already created decision parameter for this condition where is IF AP < Surface = True and this AP points is depends on the Max Height value input.

 

Here's the question, lets say my maximum height is 10 meters, so below 10 meters the slope will be automatically connect to nearest surface. But as you can see on the image, there's a hole between the slope. So is there any parameters that I need to key in / add in Subaseembly Composer to make that hole covered ?

Hello friend-

 

I would try to streamline your Soil Nail Flowchart to utilize "Loop Geometry" in lieu of all the decisions.  This video shows how to do it:

Hello Mike 🙂

Thank you for your reply, It's really really helpful. But If I used that loop geometry can I change the Maximum Height value for each tiers ? cause some of the tiers also has different max height value. e.g. 1st tiers has 10m max height, but at the 2nd tiers it only has 5m max height.

Good point!  Yes you won't be able to use Loop Geometry then.  

 

I did notice some of your Auxiliary Points within the Soil Nail Flow Chart seem to go from Slope and Delta Y to Delta X and Delta Y.  I think that is the culprit.  Check out AP5, AP11, AP12, AP13, AP14, AP15, AP16, and AP17.  Their Delta X is pointing to "DR_SL" Input parameter which is a 200% grade.

 

I think this is why only two benches are getting built.

Yes hahahha, I forgot to change that AP parameter. It supposed to be following Maximum Height and Slope Ratio for each Tiers, and I already change all of the AP parameter to SN_SLX (X= variable) so It will following the value that we already key in 😄

I think I already solved for this. Just a moment ago I realized that I forgot to input the Link Codes "top","datum" of each slope.
