Structures not displaying correctly in profiles

Screenshot 2023-09-25 142616.jpg

As shown, the structure is 7' wide and 3' deep.  the alignment follows the pipes, and depending on how the alignment goes through the structure, the profile will show one of the structures' dimensions or the other, but will not accurately display the structure when the alignment makes a 90-degree turn at the structure.

Add a small radius to the alignment

Try setting the Display as Solid option rather than the Display as Boundary option in the the Style settings of the structure on the Profiles tab.

w/ display as solid, the dimension of the part is still off the same amount and can see the end of the pipe. Plus there are a lot more other lines

Yes, with the display as solid, there are more iso lines that display, but you can adjust that down by editing the 2D Wireframe Visual Style, and yes, you will see the end of the pipe this way because you are turning a corner horizontally.  Like @Joe-Bouza stated, you could try a small radius in your alignment (0.004') and that may fix it, but if you publish data for that alignment, the curve data will be part of the published content.

Question, is it an OOTB part or is a part that you or somebody else made?
