Structure Rim Level

I am importing a Landxml file in my Company Template and the elevation for the pipes and structure are ok but when i am going to Object viewer my structures are not flushing with the surface i am attaching the Invert levels the Rules and the Object viewer snaps, Please advice.

Please show the structure properties and rules. Pipe Properties and Pipe Rules govern the pipe objects and won't help diagnose the issue with the structures.

A couple of items it could be:

- Structure reference surface not set and rim not set to inherit surface elevation

- Pipe elevations are too high for the structure to size appropriately. Within structure part definition there are settings that govern the height of the cone above a pipe. If not designed properly, the structures will size themselves based on this parameter over a surface elevation.
