Structure Label Style - Rotation

Is there a way to rotate structure label styles in plan view? For example, with a surface label, I can click the label, press control, and then rotate the label to the desired angle. This does not appear to be the case for structure label styles...

I don't believe structure label rotation is possible.  The only thing close that I see is to be able to make the label relative to the rotation of the structure, but that only works if the label is in its default location. Once the label id moved it goes to a drag state alignment.
