Structure in Profile View Not Displaying Correctly

So when our team set up our parts list, they copied our storm manhole to create our storm cleanout structures. Because of this, the minimum inner diameter shown in profile view is 45-inches. We tried going through parts builder, and added in the structure inner diameter sizes (SID) to the part, but they are not loading in our dwg file. Running the PARTCATALOGREGEN command isn't helping either.

I know this has been posted before in different ways, but we cannot figure out how to get this to work. Our team also uses a shared folder system using Egynte, but our computers individually search for CAD support paths on our C drives. I was thinking that once this is fixed, I will share the file to everyone in my office's computers or look into switching our support file path searches to the shared drive.

Any ideas?

If it's a cleanout you need, you can get the ADS pipe network catalog.  I believe it is free on their website and that catalog contains cleanouts, as well as all their other products.  Just download it and add it to the same folder defined in your "Set Pipe Network Catalog" dialog box.  Once you copy it in there, run the "PipeCatalogRegen" command and select "Structures".  Then go into your parts list and add it in to your structures.  They work pretty seamlessly.
