So working on a grading plan for a multi family project. In the courtyard, I have this straggling contour that I didnt set up with a feature line, etc. Its showing on the TIN, but is there a way to edit / remove this without busting up the tin model? (Shown in pink highlight)

That contour doesn't appear to be in error, it's pulling to the 516.25 which I would expect.

Can you describe your workflow, provide TIN lines, etc... are you using a corridor at all what is the process your using to do the grading.

The spot elevation is text only. The tin line connects this odd shaped contour to itself, but I can not fine any feature line or point connected to it.

If the TIN lies are pulling it there there's a reason. TINS are fake but that do have a logically reason, there's something pulling it there. Are the walks FL's, have you created grading points beyond that? Have you tried to delete an errant point.

What are the lines that join the circles?

Just from the image you posted, it seems to me that these lines seem to correlated to parts of that unwanted contour line.

If they are feature lines, are they in the same site as your other feature lines?

As mentioned, by others, it would be better to post the drawing.
