In 2016 Hydraflow Storm Sewers if you put in an known Q do you still have to put the drainage area and coefficient?  I didn't think so, but when I run it, a window pops up saying the lines have no flow due to the missing area and coefficient.  I click ok, it runs and i get good results. I am comparing a system in  Storm & Sanitary Analysis to Storm Sewers and the numbers in cfs are very close.  I like the way you can adjust the pipe size and it updates the HGL.  I saw in a video where if you aren't dealing with detention ponds Storm Sewers is a good program to use.  What do you think?

That is an unfortunatley poorly worded Warning message, not an Error message.

I like the functionality of the software as you mention.

The software has not been significantly updated other than some bug fixes since Autodesk purchased the software from Terry Stringer in 2007. Since then, Terry has gone on to siginificantly update the software, and his software is now called Hydrology Studio.

My wish is that Autodesk now again purchase the updated software from Terry's company. It's been 9 years...It's time.

I just checked out that site. I like the looks of it and would prefer that over what comes with C3D. I didn't see any mention of this but does Hydrology Studio calculate the Saint Venant equations? I think this is an important and useful piece of the puzzle.

Hey Autodesk!  Are you listening?

I've read a lot of your responses to questions and problems posted here in the Autodesk Community over the years.  Any chance you would have a few minutes to look at the topic i posted recently and see if my design for a trench drain would suffice?  The link is below.  It is on the first page of topics here in the Stormwater forum.  I have a .zip file with a SSA file and a detail for what I am trying to model in the discussion.
