Station Tracker Not in Front

I hope this is a simple fix.

I am running my station tracker. I can see it if I freeze my EG surface, but once I turn on the EG surface (with elevation banding), I can no longer see it. This makes me think that the station tracker is behind the surface. I tried sending the surface to the back, but no luck.

Any ideas for solving this? Current workarounds are turning off EG, changing to a different style (e.g. contours), or turning on some transparency for the elevation banding.

It works for me if I send the surface to back or if I bring the slider to the front. Try it with Hardware Acceleration disabled.
