Start Tab not functioning

Weird bug I've encountered recently with Civil 3D 2024. Been using it for about a month with no issue but in the last few days, the Start Tab does not work properly. It shows my recently opened files but when I click one to open it, nothing happens. I can right click and choose "Open" with no effect. Also, if I switch to the Autodesk Projects tab (to see ACC items), the whole screen just goes white and nothing happens (see screenshot). I can F5 to refresh but it just goes back to the "Recent" tab where I can't open files. I have checked for updates, (CAD and hardware) I have reset settings multiple times, toggled Start Tab off and off, and I just reinstalled CAD completely. After the reinstall it worked for the first couple times and then stopped. Any ideas? CAD still works perfectly and opens any file I want via the Open Dialog box but it won't work via the Start Tab. Not super critical but kinda annoying. Seems like it should be a simple fix.

hmm interesting.. wonder if its a bad C3D profile. What happens when you go to Options/Profiles change it to like Unamed Profile or C3D Metric,,,,,test it then change it back to C3D Imperial? Is you video card uptodate? Is you Hardware Accelaration turned off? When was the last time you cleaned out your C/user/Name/AppData/Temp folder? Ihave been using 2024 Day my gaming laptop and gaming PC and have not experience this. Very odd. What is your monitor resolution?

I did have a customized C3D profile loaded so that could have been it. I was able to resolve the issue by doing another "reset settings" and then rebuilding my C3D profile from scratch. As for all my hardware/software, it should be up to date.  I have not cleared out the temp folder so that's worth considering as well. It was very strange behavior. thanks for your input and suggestions.

experiencing this same thing with a custom arg profile setup, the same profile setup works on 2023 project.

A custom arg profile is needed since Autodesk does not seem to want to fix the known regapp issue making drawing balloon in size and operational speed. Is there a known solution to resolve this?

Using nvidia 31.0.15.522 Cuda 12.4.131 driver, monitor settings are not the issue as this happens on 2 different setups (home and office)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Desktop Connector and am still experiencing this same issue as well. It is out of the question to reconfigure a profile from scratch, however I have also tried switching C3D Imperial and Unnamed Profile, with no luck. I would like to use the start menu to utilize opening recent drawings and/or navigating Autodesk Docs without using file explorer. Any additional help on this greatly appreciated.

My company is having this same issue. We've not been able to resolve it, but I have found that if I launch C3D 2024 with Admin rights, Autodesk Projects displays my ACC projects. That can't be our final solution though, as we do not allow users to have Admin rights on their computers. Just throwing out this extra bit of information, hopefully someone can figure out how to fully solve this! (I've tried changing my profile, and resetting it multiple times as well)
