Hello everyone

Why when we add profile data in the band, the start and end of the information profile are not inserted?

Show us your DWG with the current band settings and we can review and correct your settings to achieve what you want.

I use Civil 3D 2013 at home

And this problem does not exist for me in this version of Civil

But in my company, they order from the 2019 version, and this problem arises for me

Do I need to install an update or service pack for the 2019 version to solve this problem?

There seems to be a difference in the style and settings of the file.

I opened your drawing, as there was no profile I created on with the surface and alignment in the file using the default styles. Under the band tab of the profile view properties (right click select profile view properties) I corrected the settings as @Jeew-m suggested and the start (-0+020) and end (0+240) stations of the view appear. No elevations show because the profile itself does not extend that far.

If you ae looking for the begin and end of the profile itself, under profile view properties band tab set the weeding to 0, this will flood the band with every grade break on the profile and use the geometry ellipse to turn off everything but the profile start and end.

To display the Elevation in the profile view band at the end of the profile there are 4 things to do

1. set weeding 0 or a small value

2. change band style to show (Tab Display) labels at vertical geometry points

3. Tick the Checkbox to show vertical geometry points for end of profile

4. Modify the used data band style and add a label for vertical geometry Points (Tab Band Details) to show the Elevation of profile 1.

I created a Screencast for you: https://autode.sk/3l2Jpwn
