Stagger Label Problem

Hi everyone:

How can it be applied stagger label only to overlapping texts in profile view bands?

I will be grateful for your guidance.

When I activate it, it applies to all texts.

I want the label's to be like the "Like this.jpg" slide.

Try the attached drawing.

 

Took a bit of work - band tick don't play very nice with the staggering.
