Doesn't look like Project Explorer will perform this task. Not sure. You may have to resort to a 3rd party like Steve Hill's Red Transit stuff.

Shame is the data started in PCSWMM and all the data is in the nodes but export does not include the field for the time pattern assigned.
the PCSWM was build off GIS data as well

@Joe-Bouza, I haven't worked much with the sanitary capabilities of SSA but I'm not seeing a way to achieve this. I can only see editing a single junction and changing it's flows. I was hoping the .spf file could be edited in a text editor but it doesn't look like that's an option. Sorry, not much help here.

crud. GE works but time pattern is not available. that is a bummer. I wonder if there is a way to get TP added
