SSA 2018 Sample inlets

Hello I new using SSA and I am study result and compare with HEC-22 formula.

I try run Inlet sample file located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\SSA 2018\Samples\Inlets. But when I run show error message 'INF' is not a valid floating point value.

Have you ever figured out what the issue was where you were getting that error message? I'm seeing some of my users get this error and can't figure out what is causing it.

I'm also having this error when I try to view PROFILE PLOT in SSA, I'm using 2021.

What can I do to resolve this error.

I remember running my profile plot using 2020, but in another computer system and there was no such error.

I need urgent solution to this.
