Spiral Curve Setting Out Table

Hi

I have a road center line with CAD setting out table, based on the table I created Road Center line using Alignment Layout tool, unfortunately I didn't get the exact setting out table. This used spiral curve, If the reply with video or screenshot will be more helpful, because I m very poor in (Alignment Spiral curve, Reverse spiral curve etc) I attached the file for your kind attention. Please solve the issue, Early response will be highly appreciated.
