specific labels for specific structures

is it possible for the type of structure to be labeled with a specific label automatically? say i've got some drop inlets, curb inlets and mitered end sections. each requires its own label (according to the way we do our labeling). drop inlets have a top elevation and maybe a slot elevation and inverts. curb inlets have a top, throat and edge of pavement elevation and inverts. mitered end sections only have an invert elevation. it's a pain to go through and specifically label each structure with the correct label. it would be nice if the curb inlet pulled in the curb inlet label. just wondering.

Not that I'm aware of. You might be able to do something along the lines of THIS post I did on using expressions to control which components are displayed in a label but I'm not positive it would work for what you are trying to accomplish.

Personally, I would just label them all using the style that will be used the most in the network and then grab all your drop inlets and change their style and then grab all the curb inlets and change their style. 

You can change the style of multiple objects simultaneously with the AutoCAD properties palette.
