Small labels show on objects.

I noticed this last week when working with a couple of Dynamic Blocks. I don't often use Dynamic Blocks so I thought it might be normal. If I open one in the Block Editor it shows it on layer BlockNameText.

Now I see similar labels on Dimensions and Civil 3D Labels.

I assume the *D## is a Dimension number.

 Station Label Ticks.

Anyone know how to turn these off.

Strangely; When I drag an AECC_STATION_OFFSET_LABEL the text disappears from the marker point.

I found out that the command LAYDEL will delete all of them and redefine the blocks that the text was in. So while I don't know where they came from. They're gone now.
