Slope backwards from ROW

Hi there,

I could use some help regarding this assembly (see attached). i have generated the Dike part and I have the ROW as a breakline. I need to build the highlighted area. Work backwards from my EG (ROW) breakline ar 1:1 slope and then a -2% slope toward to top of the dike.

I have the feeling this uses a mark point somewhere but I cannot figure it out.

I feel that the combination of offset assembly and marked point would do it for you.
