Sheetset manager slows down the opening of C3D

On c3d 2011, we have noticed a significat chnage in startup time.

We added a new user to the system, so that the support path is 'default'

The startup time will be 30 secs or so with the generic profile, and 45 secs to a minute for the server based profile data we typically use (slow network share).  Reasonable.

However, when we have the sheetset manager open @ startup, it takes 4-5 minutes (with either unnamed or our specific profile).   Also, if you have it not start the SS manager @ startup, and run the 'sheeset' command manually after c3d opens, it takes 3-4 mins for the command to complete.

Tested with AV off... No change

Alternate cad profile... No Change

Cleared all Temp files... No change

repaired install... No Change

Logged in as alternate user who had never logged into computer before.
Copied the c:\users\USERNAME\appdata\roaming\autodesk\c3d 2011\enu to c:\ENU-BAK. Logged back in under original user and renamed his ENU folder to ENU-OLD. I then copied c:\ENU-BAK structure back to the proper location

App boot times are now in the sub-30 seconds range.
