Is there any way to update sheet properties in same time instead of going each sheets.
For example like Sheet number prefix, Revision and Date etc...
I believe it would only be possible with a third party application. Something like SSMPropEditor by JTB World looks like it should do what you need.
I highly recommend SSM properties editor by JTB world as Mark says

Thank you @MMcCall402
Actually I just want to know is there any method in sheet set manger itself to achieve this with out any third party. If currently not anything, hopefully Autodesk will introduce something in future versions.
There is currently no way to do this with SSM. I don't think Autodesk has changed SSM since it was introduced in 2005 so they probably won't be updating it anytime in the near future.

The preset Sheet Properties are only for the individual sheets.
Custom Properties could be created for them if they are going to be on all sheets. Be sure and assign the "Owner" as Sheet Set and not Sheet. I think for the titleblock fields to update you need to resave all the sheets which is easy to do by right-clicking on the Sheet Set title and select "Resave All Sheets".
