Shared Views Render problem

Hello when publishing to Autodesk Viewer it seems to want to render recessed or depression areas with a solid plane. Please see below. Are there settings I am missing in the Shared View settings to prevent this masking? This Shared View is so cool but then this kind of issue takes the wind out of the sails of its usefulness to engage project stakeholders on design surface review sigh 😞
