Set Data Shortcuts Working Folder

Product version: 13.2.2581.0 Civil 3D 2020.4 Update

I am quite an experienced user of C3D and have decent knowledge of data shortcuts workings. Have been working on a project in the last couple of months using BIM360 and desktop connector, and recently I have experienced inconsistencies when using data shortcuts.

To cut a long story short, I have had to rejoin the project with a new Autodesk user id and since then I am unable to connect to any of the original data shortcut working folders.

All the C3D files that already had data shortcut references in play, still contain the correct paths to source files of data shortcuts (see Surface in image attached).

I just simply cannot "Set Working Folder" on anything. I am aware of the "2 folder up" rule. Is it something to do with BIM360/Desktop connector? Has anybody experienced the same issue?

Thanks Wojtek. Once I have done this for one project, then the "Set Working Folder" option seemed to work for other projects.
