Selection Pop-up Box

I opened up a drawing today and this selection pop-up box started showing up. I've had this happen in the past but I don't remember the command to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated.

The picture is a little blurry but I think you are showing the selection cycling window. There is a small icon at the bottom of the window to toggle this on and off-looks like two overlapping planes with a + in the corner. Command line is SELECTIONCYCLING, 1 displays a badge, 2 displays badge and dialog box, 0 turns it off, a negative value stores the setting but turns it off.
