IN Civl3D (2023) I am trying to create some feature lines to represent the finished AC grades at the face of curb in a parking lot. I have the site plan xrefed in the drawing and I am drawing feature lines by elevation and by grade over the top of the linework. When I snap to the end of feature line, Selection Cycling does NOT activate, and it defaults to the end of line in the Xfer drawing with a zero elevation. I want it to snap to the end of the feature line. I have tried during Selection Cycling on and off, DRAWORDER to move things to the back or front, changing the LEGACYCTRLPICK values. Nothing works. I end up freezing the Xref layer and turning it back on when I need it.
So far, I only have this problem with Selection Cycling when creating a feature line trying to start a new one from an endpoint or vertex of an existing feature line that coincides with an endpoint to a line in an Xref drawing.
