Is there a way to only selectsimilar objects that are on my current display or current viewport and not the entire drawing?

p.s. is this posted in the correct thread?

No. Not with Select Similar (AFAIK). You could use the QSelect command with Select Objects. Also if you select the type of object you want to match before starting the command. The Dialog box will be set up of that type of object.

You could also Use the Filter command. After you hit Apply it will ask you to select objects to apply the filter to.

mweah.... it will not, way to much clicking. We really need more keyboard commands for stuff like this. But that would mean we can work faster so they sell less subscriptions so... nevah evah gonna happen lol
