Sometimes I make a mistake when I want to edit JUST multiple surface styles in my toolspace I miss and instead select (CTRL>A) everything in the Active Drawing View. Upon doing this C3D expands every single thing in the toolspace. From here I usually just start hitting the minuses to shorten it all back up.
Does anyone know how to minimize the categories in the toolspace? Same way I can expand and collapse in the corridor properties window.

On Prospector, switch to Master View or to Active Drawing View and then back to what you were using. This will de-select everything and collapse the drawing.

I was hoping that would work but alas, No. Still expanded. As long as I stay in master view then that works. I have to close out of the drawing and re-open to get the list collapsed.

My bad. Like you said, it only collapses when you go to Master View. Bummer.

Generally, not a problem. I minus click the expansions and go about work. This one particular dwg has several, and I mean several lot gradings done individually turned into small independent surfaces. A CTRL>A on the toolbar makes for a long expanded lists.
