We have recently updated to 2020 and are experiencing an issue with section view pipe labels that we drag, for readability, not printing the drag LEADER ONLY, even though the style, layer, etc... is all on, un-frozen, and printable. The leader is visible in sheet view, but when printed to PDF it is absent. See attached screen shot for clarity.
