Section view group plot style Print Area/Sheet Border will not display

My Group plot style is set to display both print area and sheet border but neither one shows up. All layers are on. I changed them to other layers, colors, linetypes but they will not display in my model space.

Brought them into another sheet. Show up fine here....All things being equal

I brought in a duplicate multiple section views using my layout template 20 scale. This time the border and print area showed up. I figure whoever created these section views the first time used a draft section placement which has no sheet information.
