Section and alignment strange blue shape on plan

I have created a pipe network from a polyline and produced a section. For some reason I now have this blue rectangle on my drawing. 

Any ideas as it will not delete.

Pipe networks in Plan are made up of feature lines, when a closed Region is made Civil3D has a habit of making Parcels.  Check your sites for parcel objects

That seems to be the problem. How do I delete it please?

Should be able to select it and delete. Else select it from prospector then delete it

Do the following:

1. Create a new site.

2. Move all the unwanted Parcels to the new site

3. Delete the Site.
