Look into the Filter command. It has a few more options than the QSelect. Command.
You need the MapAnno* commands. I will need to get to the office tomorrow and see if you can search them . I don't think you can.

AutoCAD Map 3D (i.e. the Planning and Analysis Civil 3D Workspace) does have a Filter and Search feature that will work if you create an FDO Connection to the GIS Assets.
However, your drawing contains a MAPImport of the GIS assets with a Map 3D Object Data Table containing the associated attributes, so we can create a Drawing Query to isolate and visualize the objects. I've created a quick video to demonstrate the workflow.
