Scale/Control of Marker and Text for Surface Spot Elevations

I have tried everyting I can think of but I have absoulutely no scale control of the marker or text for spot elevations on a surface?

Looks to me like it works. The label adjusts to display at 0.1" plot size, based on your viewport zoom scale. It does not adjust dynamically if you zoom in after setting the viewport scale, but you can type REA to regen. That will make the labels adjust to the proper size, based on your zoom scale.

 

To avoid this, set your viewport scale and then display-lock the viewport. When you zoom in, it will change the paperspace zoom, not the modelspace zoom, so labels won't act so wonky between regens.
