Sample Lines and Section View

Why is the section view longer than Sample line?

I can not find setting for offset or width of section view.

Hi,

if you would upload your dwg-file I guess we could answer this. It most probably depend on the profile view style, but this is just guessing.

Also let us know which version of Civil 3D you have.

I changed these and it is ok now!

But my sample lines are 7 m on each side but the section view is twice as long so I do not understand if "1" is 1 m or another scale?

sorry to only have a German screenshot, but what you miss (as I understand) is this setting (was 1 and should be changed to 0) ... is this what you were looking for?

Inside the profile view style, activate the third tab and change these setting:
