Sample line station from profile view

While in the CREATESAMPLELINES command, when prompted for “Specify station along baseline” is there a way of selecting the station from the profile view.

no unfortunately you can't from the profile view.  However, if you turn on dynamic input, you could type in each station you want while referencing the profile view as you specify your sample line stations.
