Hi Everyone,

I need help BAD. I cannot for the life of me figure out was is happening.I have attached my .pkt files.

My issue is that 95% of the time my max grade percentage is correctly followed when running along the corridor, however the other 5% of the time it ignores it and I get strange tinning.

Can you go into Section Editor and do some screen shots on what the corridor looks like in a good cross section location and then in one of these bad cross section locations? That might help trouble shoot how the calculation is going wrong.

One idea that it may be is, is the outer boundary of your target surface always beyond the limits of your Work Area? The error you are getting is in regards to either P4 or P7 (your two intersection points) not being able to be calculated, which would therefore mean that they do not have AL4 or AL2 present for them to calculate from in the error locations.

Thanks So Much for the fast reply Kati. I have attached a couple shots.

The first 2 are the bad sections - The rest are correct sections. I really am at a loss... I feel like my assembly good.

In your Auxiliary Left there should be no references to AL1 since that is on the right hand side, they should be changed to AL3. I think there are 3 places you need to make this correction.

Definitely a good lesson learned that copying and pasting chunks can save time but it can also cause headache if you don't make all the necessary changes to references. Glad it works now!
