RTX 3050 Ti with 16GB Ram and GTX 1650ti with 32GB Ram, which is better to run civil 3d?

Do ram and display card have a significant role in civil 3d? I opened the task manager and it did occupied a lot.

I run the RTX 3050. It runs great in Civil 3D. Haven't had the opportunity to use the GTX. However, I do prefer the RTX over the GTX.
