When creating a roundabout, it displays on 1000 times bigger scale. My drawing scale is meter. All the dimensions I enter for the roundabout in meters also but the result is 1000 bigger. Can anybody help how to fix this scale. Thanks
Rashid
The scale is not the problem. You need to submit your dwg for an analysis. Perhaps you started with an architectural drawing and tried to change it to meters.

Thanks for the reply. My drawing is in meter from the beginning. I developed all the corridors, profiles, section views and all are fine to display. When I started to create roundabout within the same drawing this problem is raised. Even I tried with the new drawing in meters and created roundabout with sample alignments the problem is the same.
Curious. The RAB properties indicate realistic dimensions in meters. I don't know enough about RAB objects to know if INSUNITS affect the creation or not. Insertion units using UNITS was set to Meters. What if you set it to Unitless or maybe Millimeters and recreate the RAB? Does that have an effect? The default metric drawing has INSUNITS set to 0 (unitless). I tried to create a quick & dirty RAB and it scaled right.
dang. I have no clue. It's really strange that the dimensions of the RAB are correct in its properties, but scaled off by +1000 times. Time to start over in fresh dwg?
Not sure what has happened when creating the dwg. However, seeing as this is only a plan view without a surface or other elevations I can see you can just select your roundabout in model space and use the scale tool to resize it correctly. Cheers
I have all the profiles, elevations, surfaces, corridors attached to alignments. This drawing is only created for just attaching in the forum. Both my original dwg or this dwg have same problem. I wonder why.
