Rotate Dimension Text perpendicular to Dimension Line

Hey All,

I'm trying to rotate my text on my dimension to read perpendicular with the dimension line. I can align it to read horizontal on the page, or align it to read parallel with the dimension line. But when I try and rotate it 90 degrees from parallel, it rotates it 90 degrees in the UCS.

I'm trying to match the dimension style of our previous project that were designed in Microstation.

I can get close to the desired result using the DIMEDIT command, Rotate, pick an angle by snapping perpendicular to the dimension line and then selecting the dimensions.   .... however, it then wants to place the dimension centered across the dimension line.  I haven't figured out how to have is offset, yet.

You can just drag the text to the side by a small amount without invoking a leader.

Thanks McCall. I was hoping it would be more of an automatic process, and I can't necessarily see how far I'm rotating until I hit enter.

But this will do.
