Repair Damaged Surface

Hey Folks,

New issue for you. Yesterday, while I was out sick, someone got into my drawing and deleted one of the FGL from the profiles! It's clear they wanted to "fiddle" with some different ideas, the problem is that they've now damaged the corridor, which means the FG surface is likewise damaged! I tried to get the rim elevations for the sanitary manholes on that road and they list as zero!

Anyway, I re-drew the FGL and re-built the corridor, but the surface did NOT repair! There's still this huge hole along the street where the elevations plunge from the 170's to zero. Ouch!

Any ideas on how to fix the surface?

Thanks, I appreciate any input.

Have you taken a look at the Surface Definitions log?

Go into surface properties, move to the definition tab and at the bottom is a log of what has been done to generate the surface, you should be able to toggle events on and off, once you have found the problem you can Right click and remove from surface definition

Does your IT system not have back ups or shadow copies?  That would be my first check to fix it

It seems like sometimes the Corridor "forgets" the targets you assign.

Make sure your targets are still assigned if you have assemblies that need them.

Thank, everyone, for your ideas. I found out what was the problem. I had to re-define the centerline alignment of the road, and then substitute that new alignment in the corridor.
