Removing button from quick access toolbar

Hello,

I have read multiple threads about this but no solutions have worked for me. I am simply trying to remove a single command from a quick access toolbar but can't figure it out.

For example, I would like to remove the trim command from the Modify toolbar (see first attachment labelled "TOOLBAR"). Some threads have suggested right-clicking the tool and selecting "remove", but when I right-click the tool it only shows me the long list of toolbars I can add (see second attachment labelled "RIGHT CLICK TOOLBAR").

If I go to "customize", it won't show me my current toolbars so I can't select them to remove commands. See final attachment labelled "CUSTOMIZE PANE." If someone can let me know what I'm missing here it would be very much appreciated.

After you go to the CUI select the Customizations in All Files at the top and it will open more options. Then go to Partial Customization Files > ACAD > Toolbars > Modify and then right click on trim and the remove option is there.
