Recommendations for ditch Width target SA

I have this region of my corridor model that uses Lane and DaylightGeneral SA's. In cuts this ditch swale is created. I need my swale bottom to follow this offset line in the image, but the DaylightGeneral (DLG) does not have width targeting capabilities. I will probably need to replace the DLG with some other SA and then place the DLG back on the end of that. Short of trying a few different SA's would someone care to recommend a SA here that keeps a 1' depth and 2' width to follow this offset target line? I know I can use a LinkWidthandSlope in here but if there is a more preferable SA I would appreciate it.

I'm looking to do the same thing myself. I didn't find any OOTB Subassemblies that would work. I thought I could modify the SlopeDitch.pkt. But I haven't found a way to have it tie back to the assembly for the roadway.

I need it to follow an alignment and profile for the ditch centerline then tie back to the link at the end of the roadway assebmbly.

If I figure it out. I'll post the results.

A bit of clarification for me please

I used two LinkWidthandSlope SA's named them Ditch_in and Ditch_out, then place the DaylightGeneral back on the end of Ditch_out. I set my LW&S to 1' wide and -50% then the other 1' wide and 50% for my 2'W by 2'D ditch. I width targeted the Ditch_in to the pline I needed. If I had wanted elevation, I would have created a profile and used that.

I suppose the Ditch SA would work as well as it has numerous target abilities

I want to follow the CL of the ditch, allow for the width and then tie into the outside link from the roadway assembly. This is what it looks like if I use a DayligntBasin subassembly. I've circled the point where the ditch foreslope should tie into the LinkWidthAndSlope link from the topcourse. But I'd have to work backwards from the CL of Ditch towards the road and outwards to the Berm.

The corridor transition tool is supposed to be allow you to edit subassembly parameters which are not normally accessible.  Would that work for you?

I think the link slope and width would be the best one to use, it is the only one that isnt tied to the baseline for a width, so you can set it at your minimum and then if the target exists, get wider, otherwise stay the same.  If it only applies in cut, you might have to use a conditional cut/fill subassembly.

The provlem with a corridor transition is that it has to be adjusted from a known station to station by a known amount, so you cant target a variable width entity, unless you knew that items actual width distance and pluged in the values accordingly.
