profile line labels disappear when I use delete entity to remove an unwanted segment.

I've created a label style set for my profile that has just a line label for Tangent Grade.

I want to remove some segments from the profile using "Delete Entity" on the "Profile Layout Tools."

When I do that, most of my labels disappear.  In the Profile Lables box, it shows that the end station coincides with the  first segment that is deleted. i.e. it only labels up to the first deleted segment.

How can i get the rest of the lines labeled?

Just like an alignment, the profile must be contiguous. Removing a segment breaks the continuity.

Make the profile after the break into its own profile.   A single alignment/profile view can have multiple profiles.  As Jeff said, a profile needs to be contiguous for the labelling to be applied to the entire profile.  Breaking the single profile in multiples accomplished that.  Each section is its own contiguous profile.
