Profile geometry points for an alignment

I deleted my profile geometry point labels that were assigned to the alignment after generating a FG surface. What is the best way to re generate the labeling without re creating the FG?

Select the profile line and choose Edit Labels from the right click menu.  A window will open where you can assign and apply profile labelling.

I think I deleted my high and low points from the alignment, how would I regenerate those please?

It looks like you may be missing the profile selection.  The alignment may have more than one profile associated with it, this selection sets from which profile you want the high/low points labelled.
