Profile Actual Precision

Is there a way to increase ACTUAL profile precision?  I know how to increase the number of decimal places that are displayed, but as I have my settings right now, I cannot use axis precision any smaller than the nearest thousandth foot.  See below.

Why this matters, if you're curious, is that my coworker is trying to demonstrate very minor soil settling on a 10' X 1/16" profile.  1/16" = 0.0052083333... feet, so rounding to 0.005 is a significantly off.

Hi @Anonymous,  Hopefully I am understanding you correctly.  From the settings tab of toolspace right click on Profile View and select edit feature settings. Then under distance change the precision.
