Problem with multiple cross section views and code label style

Hello Civil 3D users. I am having a problem understanding why in some of my cross sections the code label is shown and in the other it is not. Any ideas ?

More info:

I have 6 alignments - 2 roads, each with 1 centerline and 2 offsets.

The 2 left offsets use assembly "18".

The right ones use assembly "17".

The centerline is just for one of the subassemblies (It reads the profile line) between the two lanes.

The corridors are created with the same parameters. My assemblies are made with custom made subassemblies and have a code of "Коти". I have made a style + label style just for this code. (I don't need the others for now).

I add Sample lines to the two centerline alignments and use them for the creation of the multiple section views. And bam! there is the problem... in the first group I have one code missing in the center of each lane, but in the other group I don't have that problem. (The other codes are also "Коти" and there is no problem with them)... can someone tell me where I could look for the problem. Have been trying for a couple of days to find the answer but with no luck.

No problem here:

Here you can see the code marked with a yellow circle.

 But here is the problem:

Here the center (Left for the image) code marker (with a yellow circle) is gone somewhere.cfgdsgds.jpg

I hope that someone can help out with the problem. Thanks you in advance.

Dear Friend,

Try this video and see if it solve your issue.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zf3Y-xN92DY

Or else with this.

If there is any chance to upload the file that would be easy for others to answer.

Thanks

Hi ibot94,

What you are experiencing is a long time Civil 3D issue with cutting section to non-parallel to a baseline issue. Point Code at start of sub-assembly not showing. I explain this in detailed in my class at AU Las Vegas 2017.

Link to my Autodesk University Class: AutoCAD Civil 3D and Subassembly Composer— Real-World-Practice Tips and Tricks and go to 55:30 to see the detailed explanation about this issue.

The workaround is so simple. Trick the software. Add LinkWidth slope make it width 0.0001, change point code to your desired point code. Make Link code blank and don't omit link. Do the same concept in all problematic pointcode and rebuild corridor.

Sample:

Workaround by tricking the software! Use 0001 MethodWorkaround by tricking the software! Use 0001 Method

The workaround worked. Thanks for the reply!

I'll have a look at your whole University class when I have a bit of time.

Have a great day. Thanks again!
